Hello, and welcome to my thread. This board will sponsor an experiment I'll be running that a number of you might have a fantastic laugh at. I will try to bring an FX Solutions account balance in the mere $100.00 ($119.25 approx.) To $1,000,000.00 inside a 155 measure system. Steps could be considered market days, however some measures may span out. Therefore, if the ordinary step is 1.5 days, this experiment will be completed in under one year's period. I shall update this thread. Posts will consist of losses, or measures done.

How can this be accomplished?
</b>As the account's owner, I'll try to profit 24 pips/day of the EUR/USD pair. As the equilibrium increases, so will the percentage of my invested lot values. I won't say a lot about what kind of system I'm using, or what kind of security measures I'm taking to prevent reduction. 90% of this will involve good conclusion and I will manage my efforts one day at a time. I will monitor my charts heavily and see MNI EURO-DOLLAR EURO TECH reports. I advance onto another should I succeed in finishing one measure. If I take a reduction, I cut into a preceding measure dependent on the amount of the reduction.

FAQs:
</b>Lot size: 1 = 1,000
Leverage: 400/1 (to keep the usable margin high)
Pips/day tried: 24
Pip value range (PVR): 400 (a number I have come up with to determine the percentage of the equilibrium which will be used in lot sizes)
Lot size percentage: 6.8 - 8.03 percent of equilibrium depending on rounded value.
Balance growth per measure: About 6 percent

in case you don't feel like doing the math, then here are some examples of where the account balance must be at various actions and their traded worth per pip:
10: $212.85 ($0.50/pip)
25: $512.85 ($1.20/ $pip)
50: $2,200.05 ($5.20/pip)
75: $9,450.45 ($22.30/pip)
100: $40,542.45 ($95.60/pip)
125: $174,004.05 ($410.40/pip)
155: $999,383.25 ($2,357.00/pip)

Additional FAQs:
</b>400/1 leverage, are you nuts? : Most folks will argue this is a bad approach, and I'd agree. But for this particular experiment I want to keep the usable margin as high as you can.
How many complete pips will you have to get through the 155 measures? : 155 * 24 = 3720 pips. I expect this amount could be a lot higher because of missing profit and ch-up.
Do you think this will do the job? : As long as the mathematics is supportive, it is possible.
When do you feel you'll finish the 155 measures? I'd suppose Feb of 2007.
What are you going to do if you finish the 155 measures? : Continue the experiment onto measure 195 ( $10,000,000)
What do I have to lose? : just $100.00!

Even when I wanted to place anything in ADVANCE I had to Await the moderator to approve my account.

That aside, I don't intend on observing what I intend to do before I do it. I'm going to go for it, not come back here and tell you what I am likely to do, if I see a movement. I had no idea what I was going to do. There was not any sign of what EUR/USD would perform. Dealers would agree to this.

I shall continue to post following a measure has been completed, or I have taken a loss to a previous step.

It's not that I don't want someone to turn 100 in a million, or that I am pro forma sceptical about someone trying it out.

It was just:

I will be blown out if it really works! I'd encourage anybody else using $100 to dismiss off to try out a similiar experiment (especially if this begins revealing mild). I thought it up a week before I really started and I really has given me a fun little hobby. I will try to throw along the way of whatever I could deem necessary, or even just for kicks.

I had similar plan but just 5 pips every day. It could be done but it is a lot of hard work. Now I exchange without any goal ... just taking it as it comes. Good luck on your quest.

Suggestion ... take screen shot once you enter a transaction and take another one after when CMS' chart reveal history of your past activities such as in Oanda's chart. That might be a lot of extra work for you though ...

are there any limitations to how much a Individual can upload to the forum I wonder...

It's a little PHP chart I made for this task. So that it's not assemble I spent about 10 minutes on it. If you would like to use the chart to get an experiment of your own, simply change the values in the string to accomidate your needs.

Ppd = pips per day you plan to shoot at. I'm going to get 24
pvr = pip value range, the about number of pips it'd take to get a margin call to happen. This determines the % of balance used in lot dimensions. 400 makes for a great balance.
Inv = original investment amount. $119.25 is your beginning balance in this experiment.
Cs = counter prevent variety of days/steps. In my situation, 155 steps is your value.

Once I say use 400:1 leverage, I am really leveraging yourself profoundly on transactions.

Sitting on one of my first trades. Hasn't triggered my stops, as I've made my stop limit fairly high (would need to reach 1.3060ish). I entered the transaction and it didn't obviously. I think we're currently visiting triangles so I do not have a problem waiting it out. I feel like I know I already have steps in my mind to be certain that it doesn't happen again and what I have done wrong to get into this situation in the first position. Now that my home office redecoration is coming along I'll be able to sit and remain focused, awaiting chances. We'll see!

I believe that you will come out ahead or relatively unshed if you're short EUR/USD then.

Ever since I ended up being awake, I watched it creep around 25 pips in the positive... then drop down to approximately 5. . As it climbed up to approximately 18 I shut the order at 15 pips obtained. (1.2791)

9 more pips to go for measure 5... I will likely let it dwiddle again then ch another extended hopefully

Well I just believe that it will reach that level because I think that it's still on the up tendency. It has hit so I am betting it will even before going to a rally.

S/L is an insanely low 1.2536. Call alerts @ 1.2686. I will not continue with this kind of trading... but for the time being, in this triangle, I frankly do not find a 2536 coming before a 2795.... What is the odds?

haha. To be truthful L.A, I need to pump the early steps as fast as possible. My RISK level with stops is severly high right now and I will tell you.... When I lose out big time, I could only refund the account and also be at precisely the same level the second day Once I hit the thousands.... Then it's another story. No matter, however, I plan on intraday ONLY trading when my workplace is completed. We've been running what not and around everyday and decorating.

So far as Euro rallying down to the 2550 levels before it skims 2795 again, I believe it is a very fat chance. Not impossible though! But I'll play with my cards as I mentioned before, I believe we are still at the triangle. No reason for me believe that we have rallied from it.

However, for followers of this thread, I promise more security when the account has to higher appreciated steps. Wouldn't want to waste anybody's time!

Or will you cover a percentage of the winnings to yourself following each landmark? I'm just curious, cause I need a salary each month to endure.

While I obviously cannot answer for FXCI, I believe this is an experiment to see whether he can grow this little account to 1Million from the measures he's outlined for himself.

I don't think that it is meant as an immediate source of income. If he can reach his objective although, it'll be a nice payday!

Honestly, I think I really don't think I could depart over $300,000 with any FX broker. Not until there is some insurance. . .know what I mean?

Just how much does it suck to get a $999,999 and the minute you make that last dollar, they pack up and close store??

Eesh. . .the thought is horrifying. . .all that operate and they go Refco.

I definitely respect the dream, but when I were hoping to pull into a mil from FX, I would be constantly taking out funds after I attained critical mass (maximum trade size of $10,000,000). . .at that point, if I only had $100,000 in FXSol but $899,999 in a savings account (or multiple rescue accounts), I wouldn't feel as horrified because my lock in would be considerably greater than my risk (which is what I actually consider the money in my account).
