Success for you is what you decide it to be. Can be failure to somebody else.
Still... losing money in the future can barely be seen as success. If it's not consistent, neither winning big in brief run. It's called pure luck. .
However, the bottom line: You determine what is success .
I'd say a successful trader is someone with a positive balance in their account. And if that positive turns negative he is no longer profitable. Or am I missing something here?
