Thread: Smartphone to use with MT4 mobile?

  1. #1
    Hello

I'm looking to buy me a smartphone to utilize for mobile trading.

MT4 cellphone requires Winodows Mobile 5 or 6 as OS, so that's essential. A decent battery time is going to be needed too.

I would like it to be small and slim aswell, this is very important. Aside from that, I have no longer requirements.

Which smartphone do people who trade mobile usage here?

EDIT: Also require some sort of 3G/UMTS connection.

Not a smart phone but I have an XDA S Mini. (The one with all the kb that slides out to the side) I has a sensible display for laying a couple of indicators.

I use HTC TyTN II and it's awesome! Full Keyboard Big Screen

I have not had the battery die on me and I am on it all of the time, has wifi and bluetooth. It's excellent!

Here are specs as well as good reviews for many others

Too bad there's no Blackberry service... that would be amazing!

I use a Treo 650. Works like a charm, but if you use one, you may want to get an elongated battery.

Ah that's pretty much exactly what mine is. I remember now it is in reality a HTC model. Who knows which, however.

    Any opinions about the http://www.gsmarena.com/htc_mteor-1658.php?

It's very slim, have UMTS connectivity, and operating WM 5.0 Standard.

It doesn't have a QWERTY keyboard. Is that essential for the trading?

I'd be interested in making sure it has a big enough display. A slide-out keyboard looks cool, however.

HTC Touch is used by me. It functions jut the display resolution is not too great. Hope to receive a phone with vga resolution soon.
