    I guess I must re-explain my issue:
Looking in some charts becoming very boring after two or three hours. Some days are somewhat crazy with plenty of movement in order that they keep my busy very nicely, other days are a lot smoother and demand longer waiting, that's where the difficulty begins.

Learning something new (maybe not programming however, that would not be brand new) is a great idea in theory but likely overly focus demanding. It'd distract me away from my principal job - trading. Walking away in my personal computer isn't feasible, so home cleaning doesn't work and incidentally: I pay somebody to do that for us.
Praying is a Great thought if there were not the issue which I am an atheist, maybe I should Begin a question about quora and determine whether people can urge a religion to me ;--RRB-

Thanks, really have not thought about that. Games I will enter and leave at any moment may do the trick ... I will take a look about but that appears to do something that I could add to my list.

A bright weekend to every one of you!

I figure work-life balance depends a whole lot on the time zone we are in. Sure, if I would need to trade in the day when all of my friends and my wife like their later work hours that I would be quite unhappy about that. Getting situated in Europe nevertheless I begin my working day at the morning like everybody else and typically call it a day somewhere in the morning, so nothing to complain about out of my own side. A few days I work more, a few days I stopped after 3 months, normally on a Friday, also make the spontaneous choice to spend the weekend at Paris, Lille, Brussels or Ghent (simple and fast ride around the Eurostar) - that having a typical full time occupation could do this?
Also my trading income is tax free. Paying taxes in my primary income could be enormous hit for my retirement strategies.

I am not in any way unhappy with everything I do, I really do not believe my life is ticking out, I simply attempt to enhance the times I choose to work more.

[QUOTE= inmafer18 ;Hello all together, I am a brief term dealer on the 1 minute chart. It is working great since many years but a very small problem remains: the eye period. I began to see youtube documentaries, the Simpsons and other light material on both side (with a tablet onto a goose neck) also it helps. I am able to exchange more hours this manner. What else can I do? I want to remain in my pc, it shouldn't be rough only a tiny thing on the other side to keep me non-bored. Listening to songs proven to be problematic since it's impacts on my mood and actually, I.. . [/QUOTE] Why not simply put in cinema centre (best everything you are able to cover) or physical fitness centre or massage seat. Best dealers are most healthy dealers and possess a win win scenario, because have time. Over the years you will learn how to programm most parts what could be achieved, and its even possible to exchange across the smartphone from throughout the term (once you receive all informations streamlined by apps served).

Greatest what you'll have by much money and time is make a fantastic living. And a healthful living. So only cash will begin to be significant. More you cant perform on your live. You easy do exactly what you want to do, a few such as household, some have kids, some like vacation excursions,... noone has better live then alternative, should you do exactly what you like to perform and appreciate it, its that easy. Even if a person likes to play pc whoole day that he wouldn't have less great live then alternative who viewing all areas in the world, since when both enjoy what they do and be healthful a very long time, then you cant have longer to reach in the world.

So easy : enjoy what you like. Normaly live shouldn't begin be noring, and if trading begin get dull, its to easy to schedule that component to notify you once it become interesting again. Of course residing as solitary is far more simple as in realationship, because reside could be lived considerably quicker and spontaneous. But in connection there are a few benefits that compensate for advantages. Nothing is ideal.

No, nothing deeper going on. The issue of the limited attention span is merely s.th. I have repeatedly discussed with different dealers and my method of managing this really is really a trade off between attention span and sharing my own focus with other things on both sides. The boring things like youtube or even the simpsons, possibly games that are simple, are working because I do not actually have to follow along.
Reading intriguing things would surely be a much better use of my mind but should I abandon a text apart for 15 minutes to care for a trade I am very likely to face problems getting back into this text.

I've got a notebook and a track, so essentially two monitors should I need. There has been a time previously, once I thought I will have the graphs running of the huge screen, and seeing other things on the more compact notebook screen. Obviously, my trading enhanced a lot, once I stopped doing so and centered on the graphs. You're likely going to encounter exactly the same.

Should you trade intraday full time, then consider it as your occupation. If you'd work at someplace as a worker, your boss would not allow you to watch other stuff {}.

Therefore, if you exchange a mechanical apparatus, get it programmed, and also do other things. Should you use a discretionary system, then exchange it so long as it is possible to concentrate, so 2-3 hours for youpersonally, then end up for the afternoon. You will notice, that if you attempt to make transactions, as you're seeing other things in the meantime, your performance will deteriorate.

When I first began trading full time, I got some practice gear and place a mini gym in my own trading area and exercised whenever the charts went dead. I had been on 5min not 1 minute and had the cable television stations on to listen to delight at the voices.

After some time I understood that when the graphs went dead, wasn't a fantastic time to exchange so I'd only shut down and do anything different.

My trading strategy infrequently has me about the 5 minutes scalps so that I only really should see after news occasions and pop in each hour.

You can join one of those97/month live trading rooms which crap article informative videos on YT - nonstop sitcom for just $3 a day is really inexpensive amusement...

Frankly: I think that it's a wonderful problem to have. When I had it, then I would probably only read books all day {}. If you already use a tablet on the side, then it is possible to simply put in a ebook reader program onto it to test if you prefer it. If you do, buy a few e-ink thingy such as a Tolino or Kindle, then it is a lot less stressful for your own eyes (in my experience, ymmv)
