    I mostly trade the European Union, thus I'll truly trade from about 2am - 10 am EST
    I did some statistical analysis on this time frame, as well as for my program these would be the time that function best.

    This depends more on the person..there is no set time for ideal trading but typically the open along with the close should find some volatility..

    My trading program is really different each day, but usually I trade from 8:30 to 11:30 and from 13:30 to 17:00, but it all depents on how I feel and basically have to the time. Every day differs. The primary reason why this hrs are traded by me is because of my expertise. Expect this can help.

    I start trades offering Europe and America a T 9.00 gmt 1 and Australia, NZ, Japan a T 23.00
