Thread: How to count the pips on usdpln currency pair?

    I notice that if I exchange with all the USDPLN currency pair, there are a lot of pips at a brief period of trading. Is this correct? And if yes, can somebody clarify why and how? And if not, how should I count the pips within this pair?

    The distribute on U/Pln is extremely big, around 20 pips through days of liquidity. Are you factoring this in?

    That's because, spread stays very high in this pair due to less liquidity within this pair. Its one of those minor pairs. As spread is high therefore if any fluctuation or motion occurs, it occurs at high pips.

    The profit margin will be computed in PLN. That you have to convert usd

    As explained previously, USDPLN is discretionary pair with low liquidity that induces larger spreads, and flatter moves.

    The spread on U/Pln is extremely big, around 20 pips during instances of liquidity. Are you currently factoring that in?

    that's because, spread stays quite high in this pair as a result of less liquidity in this pair. Its one of the pairs that are small. Thus as spread is large therefore whenever motion or any change occurs, it occurs in large pips.

    As clarified previously, USDPLN is less traded pair with reduced liquidity which in turn causes causes larger spreads, and more sudden motions.
