    2 Attachment(s) Former Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke said on Wednesday the Bank of Japan might require to co-ordinate a new fiscal spending program with all the the federal government, permitting inflation to accelerate above its 2% goal without worsening the debt load.
