I am openning an account with, however I do not know which platform I should choose. They are saying:
PLEASE NOTE -- Though you might have your account set up on the new variant MT 4.0, there are parts of the software that don't work and this might affect your trading. We're working to fix these issues over the next 30-60 days and recommend you DO NOT trade your live account with this version until we've completed it. Please continue to try it with a demo account for now.
If you're sure you would like to trade a live account on this version please aware that if you decide to change back to the current version 3.83 later on, that it might take up to ONE WEEK to maneuver your account back to version 3.83 also you will be from the market for this time and won't be able to trade.

Any hint about which one I have to choose? MT4.0 or MT3.83

    Many thanks

MT4 isalso charting wise, much superior, but it isn't fully tested and the MetaTrader developpers havent given it the green light yet for live trading. So if you are trading real money, stick with MT3.83 for the time being.

I use the 4.0 model and its fine.
    There have been several upgrades.
    I haven't noticed any issues.
    I recommend using version 4.0
    good luck...
p.s. Keep in mind that on Sundays InterbankFX opens up 4 hrs after that FXCM...
(. . .but FXCM does not provide MetaTrader)

I have IBFX but use MT 3.83. Working fine all morning and last night.

If you are unable to log in then most probably your demo account has died.
They generally last for about 30 days or so. You will want to request new demonion
accound by right clicking on Accounts in your Navigator window.

Choose neither. And find another broker. Their announcement in bold is ridiculous. The alarm bells that you ought to ring regardless of adventures from others. Sir my view. We all have to paddle our own canoe. Good luck in whichever path you select.

If you would like to trade manually, then go with MT3, if you would like to have the ability to put indiors and EAs fromforexintuitiveon it, then go together with MT4 because nobody is writing things for MT3 anymore.

Don't exchange the news and you won't need to be concerned about increasing spread and slippage. I've been with Interbankfx for more than three months now and have experienced no problems.
