Once a thief, always a thief, keep well away from this broker. Infact, keep away from any'broker' that has paid fines for execution clinics and other shenanigans.

Virtually every major broker has paid a good sooner or later. The simple fact that somebody hasn't been fined is more likely a sign that they are new to the industry or too little to be relevant. The NFA is understaffed and not famous for using the most picky employees. They essentially make up the rules as they move.

You'll also notice that many brokers run into issues related to Metatrader plugins and settings. Metatrader is a dreadful piece of software that is largely a black box into the broker. Just the Russians who wrote it actually know what goes on within the servers.
