Thanks for your inquiry midnight. This was our initial response to the NFA BCC Case back in 2010:

”On October 27, 2010, GAIN Capital entered into a settlement with the National Futures Association to solve the pending proceeding against the firm, which comprised three claims relating to execution practices in its own Metatrader platform and its own former weekend liquidation policy. The company entered into a settlement without admitting or denying NFA's allegations and agreed to pay a fine of $459,000. As part of the settlement, the company also agreed to provide appropriate refunds to those clients who were affected by the practices explained in the NFA complaint”

Since 2010 we've been working on providing transparency of execution that we supply to our clients. This information is easily available on our website via these links:

I was scammed an never answered by iamfx in 2013 a gallant capital firm.

EDIT: Curious iamfx is GALLANT CAPITAL. Not gain capital.
Greetings pbx06. Thank you for the edit and the caution. If there is ever an issue where you think you might have been wronged by an introducing broker or affiliate of the business please contact our service team immediately.

Being at the USA stinks, because we are limited to the brokers we could use. Seems like the brokers got laws passed to keep competition out. My buddy said he could not even start an account at Oanda, so perhaps I was lucky to have started...
Thank you for posting tony95. Please reference my response (Post# 11) to member midnight and take a look at our trade execution statistics and execution scorecard. For quick reference here are the two links:

    http://www.forex.com/trade-execution-statistics.html
    http://www.forex.com/pricing-execution-scorecard.html

But to address your particular concerns we strive to execute your trades as quickly as possible to make certain you get the best possible price. We routinely handle over 120,000 trade requests a day and, due to our highly automated trade execution engine, are able to execute over 99% of trades in under 1 second.
The benefit of trading with FOREX.com versus a so-called'no dealing desk' broker is that we take complete responsibility for providing you with constant liquidity, low spreads, and quality execution on each transaction. We don't outsource that obligation to third parties, which could result in longer execution times, erratic spreads, and slippage.

Thank you for your inquiry. This was our first response to this NFA BCC Case back in 2010:

”On October 27, 2010, GAIN Capital entered into a settlement with the National Futures Association to resolve the pending proceeding against the company, which included three claims concerning execution practices in its own Metatrader platform and its own former weekend liquidation policy. The business entered into a settlement without admitting or denying NFA's allegations and agreed to pay a fine of $459,000. Included in this settlement, the company also agreed to provide appropriate refunds to those clients who were adversely affected by the practices explained in the NFA complaint”

So paying a fine of $459,000 in not an admission of guilt? Is it a donation? You guys are gangsters/criminals. You cheated your clients and you won't ever get a cent me off.

Also if anybody is interested I could upload a video of just how these brokers cheat us with metatrader 4. Two significant companys who did get caught guilty were FXCM and forex.com.

sorry for the late response.... I couldnt see that video but im pretty sure its exactly the same as this one

A man called ECNJESUS subjected these crooks by uploading several videos and making several articles around various forums. Most got deleted. Anyway all of the credit .

And think this is simply isolated to forex.com. Similar charges have been laid on FXCM, one of the largest brokers in america. They're low life scum...

I cant believe after I pointed out that they've ripped off their clients you're still interested in them! Why don't you just hand you money over to them? Wishing you performing the paperwork to become a customer

My information is any broker you're interested in, do a search including the words mt4 trader plug in and the brokers name. Thats a good start. Should they've been found guilty of using the merchant plug in than they are dishonest and you may cross them off your list.

I have been trading using GAIN long time ago (prior to introduction of forex.com) and increased 7x so my balance before run out of luck in a year or two so I believe. Withdraw 5x increase. Back then disperse majors was 5 - 6 pips, minimal size 100k. My stops 25 to 50 pips. Seems like they have gone somewhat rotten. Everything gets worse with time.

But I heard same comments back then. Find out about quantum mechanicks principle to help you understand the ideal broker doesn't exist. They pack 1 manner and steal somewhere else, or other manner and steal another manner. They need to be profitable else that they wouldn't exist. Watch execution in stocks, and compute how much slippage eats annually. This is probably as good as it gets, except packakging may differ
